This course looks at five different sequence states that require users to take action manually. Users take manual actions to move prospects along in a sequence or to carry out specific sequence strategies.

  • Understand common reasons for a prospect to land in each sequence state
  • Resolve Bounced and Failed states
  • Manage Paused, Finished, and Opted out states
