Sequences are a common way to organize many of the sales motions in Outreach. In this course, you learn what a sequence is, how sequence steps and timing work, how variables and AI personalization appear in sequence emails, and how to add prospects to sequences from different places in the platform, including inbox-based workflows. Through simple examples and platform walkthroughs, you learn how sequences help you stay organized, follow up consistently, and support a consistent outreach process.
