Outreach Voice is your dialer inside Outreach. It allows you to make calls, log dispositions, capture notes, and review your call history without switching tools or devices. This course walks through how to place calls from tasks, prospect records, and the global dialer, how to choose the correct disposition and purpose, and how to access your call history and recordings. You'll learn how to:
