About this course

Successful Outreach adoption requires more than training reps on where to click. Managers play a critical role in connecting the rollout to daily work, reinforcing expected workflows, identifying friction, and helping the team build confidence over time.

In this course, you’ll learn how preparation, enablement, and support contribute to adoption and how the manager’s role fits within the broader adoption structure. You’ll practice building a clear rollout message, responding to common rep concerns, and applying a simple routine to set standards, check workflows, remove roadblocks, and reinforce progress. You’ll also learn how to distinguish adoption barriers from performance issues and use Team Performance and Sequence Performance report patterns as starting points for focused coaching conversations.

This course is designed for managers responsible for helping teams adopt and consistently use Outreach.
