About this course

In this course, we explore the many different reporting tools available in Outreach, including:

Outreach Reporting Lesson Overview

  • Lesson 1: How you as a manager can begin to think about KPIs, and use Outreach’s reporting and analytics to better understand how to increase your sales.
  • Lesson 2: Sales Execution Report, which provides managers with insight into prospects contacted, their response sentiment and type, as well as how many meetings are successfully being booked and attended.
  • Lesson 3: Team Performance Report, which enables managers to track teams and Reps against metrics like booked meetings, engagement frequency, and prospects contacted, and response time.
  • Lesson 4: Daily and Team Activity Reports, which provide managers with a constantly updated report that provides detailed information on the calls, emails, and tasks reps are working on, as well as detailed individual reports on each of those topics.
  • Lesson 5: Sequence Performance Report, which enables managers to measure and analyze true engagement with Buyer Sentiment Analysis to optimize sequence and content performance.
